2. License Grant

Kochi Digital grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our applications on devices that you own or control, strictly for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Some of our applications may offer premium features through one-time purchases or subscriptions. All transactions are processed securely through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play or Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Google Play and Apple App Store refund policies.
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice within the respective store.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications and services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
• Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of results.
• Compatibility with all devices, operating systems, or third-party services.

You use our applications at your own risk. We do not warrant that any errors will be corrected or that the applications are free of viruses or harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kochi Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

All content, trademarks, logos, source code, designs, graphics, and other intellectual property within our applications and websites are the exclusive property of Kochi Digital or its licensors and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cotonou, Benin.
