We cannot see, access, or sell your data because we never receive it in the first place. Your data stays on your device, under your control.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

To be absolutely clear, Kochi Digital does NOT collect, store, transmit, or process:

Your name, email address, or phone number (unless you contact us voluntarily).

Your location, IP address, or GPS coordinates.

Device identifiers (IMEI, MAC address, advertising ID).

Browsing history, app usage patterns, or behavioral analytics.

Photos, files, contacts, or any content you create within our apps.

Biometric data, financial information, or health data.

3. Information We May Collect (Limited)

There are only a few narrow, well-defined situations where we may process information:

3.1 Voluntary Contact

If you contact us via our Contact Page, we will receive your email address and the content of your message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is never shared with third parties.

3.2 Store Purchases

If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. We do not receive your payment details, only an anonymous confirmation that a purchase occurred. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for details.

3.3 Website Visit

Our website kochidigital.com does not use cookies, tracking scripts, or analytics tools. Your visit is completely anonymous.

4. How Your Data Is Stored

All data you enter into our applications is stored locally on your device using:

SQLite databases — encrypted at rest with AES-256.

iOS Keychain / Android Keystore — for sensitive credentials and encryption keys.

Sandboxed file system — inaccessible to other applications.

We do not maintain any cloud servers, backups, or remote storage of your personal data.

Important: Because your data is stored exclusively on your device, you are responsible for performing your own backups. If you lose your device, factory reset it, or uninstall an application without a backup, your data will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered by Kochi Digital.

5. Third-Party Services

Our applications may use the following third-party services, strictly limited to their essential function:

Google Play Services — for app distribution, updates, and in-app purchases on Android.

Apple App Store Services — for app distribution, updates, and in-app purchases on iOS.

Google Fonts — for typography on our website (no tracking, cached locally).

We do NOT use Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Sentry, Crashlytics, or any other tracking/analytics framework.

6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Even though we collect virtually no data, you retain full rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable privacy laws:
